1 - How do I set my clock?

2- What guarantee for my clock?

Our clocks and tide clocks are guaranteed for 2 years. However, we continue to support a change of mechanism which would malfunction beyond this period.


3 - Can my tide clock work everywhere?

A tide clock cannot work everywhere. Tide clocks are designed to operate in coastal areas where tides are present and of a semi-diurnal type, i.e. places where sea water rises and falls regularly. It is therefore important to check whether there are semi-diurnal tides in the area where you wish to use your tide clock. ( learn more about tides )

4 - How accurate is my tide clock?

Have you adjusted your tide clock and noticed a slight discrepancy between the tide clock indication and the tide time predictions? Indeed, the tide clock has a hand which takes a constant time to complete one revolution of the dial: 12 hours, 25 minutes and 14 seconds, where the intervals between 2 tides, in SHOM calculations, fluctuate slightly from one place to another and even from one day to another. Thus, the time of 12 hours, 25 minutes and 14 seconds is indeed an average time. You can consult the Operation page for more explanations.

 

5 - What is the shipping policy?

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receipt of your order confirmation email. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped.

Once the package has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within an approximate time of 48 hours.

6 - How can I check the status of my order?

When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us that will include a tracking number that you can use to find out its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to be available.

If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@enjoytheclock.com with your name and order number.

7 - Refunds, returns and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the clock is in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount less shipping costs for the return.

In the event your order arrives damaged, please email us within 5 days of delivery to contact@enjoytheclock.com with your order number and a photo of the clock. We will handle these matters on a case-by-case basis and do our best to find a satisfactory solution.

8 - Can I add a message to my order?

If you would like to add a personalized message to your order, go to your basket and use the text box provided for this purpose. We will slip the message into the clock box.
